Modern Condo with a rooftop view in downtown Saugatuck

There's a restaurant on the first floor, and right next-door there's a pizza parlor, a Mexican restaurant, and a breakfast diner. There's abundant public parking next to the condo as well as a designated spot in front. Plus we have an elevator for easy accessibility.  

Enjoy coffee in the morning on the third story deck overlooking the Art Center, with a side view of the water. The main floor has another small, shaded deck with a table and two chairs -- a perfect spot for breakfast. The upper deck is great for laying out in the sun (it faces east for the morning, rising sun), or relaxing at night.

The interior accommodations are brand new as well. There are three bedrooms with queen size mattresses with closet and drawer space, plus air conditioning in each room. There's also a pull out couch with a queen mattress on the main floor.

Enjoy the free cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and even an original Nintendo. Additionally, we have yard games for use at the beach or parks close by and board games.

There's another condo directly next door, and we can potentially accommodate more guests and larger parties by booking the neighboring properties -- also on VRBO. Please inquire if your group is larger than eight, or if you want additional bedrooms or privacy.
