Outdoor Discovery Center

The Outdoor Discovery Center features the ever-popular birds of prey exhibit with owls, hawks, vultures, eagles, and falcons. It also features a 155 acre nature and wildlife preserve, with four miles of trails, and plenty of room to interact with animals.
Forever Curious Children's Museum

A fun environment for young children featuring a rock climbing wall, STEAM puzzle challenges, and a vet clinic where kids can play veterinarian and "adopt" plush animals. Interurban is an on-demand response public bus system providing transportation for Saugatuck, Douglas and Saugatuck Township.
Call 269-857-1418 for your ride anytime during business hours. The ride can be scheduled as early as in 15 minutes or you can make a reservation for a specific time. It's curb to curb service - they pick you up and drop you off anywhere in the service area (all of Saugatuck Township including the cities of Saugatuck and Douglas).
Fares are $1.00 for adults and children over 12, and $0.50 for kids, seniors, and people with disabilities.
Bike & Boat Rentals
Big Lake Outfitters offers bike rentals (single or tandem) along with pontoon boats and kayaks. They'll also set you up with charter fishing.
